This page sets out the full terms for using the 8qqgg platform. From account registration to bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming — everything in one place.
Important Notice: By creating an account on this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read the entire document carefully.
1. General Provisions and Definitions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") form a legal agreement between the 8qqgg platform and all its users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you"). The key terms used here are defined as follows:
- "Platform" refers to the 8qqgg website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform and is using its services.
- "Gaming Services" refers to casino games, slots, sports betting, and all related entertainment services.
- "Wallet" refers to the financial balance held in each member's account.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free spins, or benefits provided by the platform.
8qqgg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register and use services on the 8qqgg platform, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any inconsistency is found during age verification, the platform authority may immediately suspend or cancel the relevant account.
2.2 Account Registration Requirements
At the time of registration, each member must comply with the following conditions:
- Complete and accurate personal information must be provided.
- Each person may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Account passwords and login details must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- Any suspicious activity or unauthorized login must be reported to the support team immediately.
- If registration details change, they must be updated as soon as possible.
2.3 Verification Process
8qqgg may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documents from a member for identity verification. If required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 8qqgg platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
- All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Ensure that you provide correct details when making a transaction — the platform will not be responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information.
- Deposit amounts will only be added to the wallet once fully verified.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must be made only from the member's own registered payment method.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka) — applicable for each method.
Standard Processing Time: 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus balance (see Section 4 for details).
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, 8qqgg reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional information.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳48,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Additional Bonus Terms
- After claiming a bonus from one promotion, a bonus from another promotion will not apply simultaneously unless separately stated.
- Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 8qqgg reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.
- Each promotion may have separate terms which will be detailed on that offer's page.
- The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
5. Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 8qqgg platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and not predetermined.
- Any funds won through a technical error or bug will not be considered valid.
- Using any type of bot, automated software, or artificial means to play is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion or playing in a fraudulent manner by coordinating with other members is strictly prohibited.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game will resume from the last saved state.
5.2 Sports Betting
The following rules apply to betting on sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi:
- Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances — cash-out options apply only in accordance with the platform's specific policy.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
- Bets placed before odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
6. VIP and Loyalty Program
The 8qqgg VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Progression to a higher tier is determined based on a member's activity and platform usage. Cashback benefits are provided based on specific evaluation cycles and wagering requirements may also apply to them.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
8qqgg may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Evidence of being a minor.
Warning: If an account is closed, the bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, the return of legitimately earned real funds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A member may also request to close their own account at any time — contact the support team for this.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The 8qqgg platform places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. All data is secured with SSL encryption technology.

- Information may need to be provided to authorities in response to applicable legal obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming
8qqgg believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage members to play responsibly.
- Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
- A temporary break (cooling-off period) or self-exclusion option is available if needed.

10. Limitation of Liability
The 8qqgg platform bears no liability for the following:
- Game losses due to a member's internet disconnection or technical error.
- Delays or errors in third-party payment gateways or banking methods.
- Account losses resulting from a member's own negligence or third-party access.
- Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, etc.).
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint, the member must first contact the 8qqgg support team and attempt to resolve the matter. The support team provides service 24/7 in both Bengali and English:

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mutual agreement via mediation. Any matter relating to these Terms will be addressed with a good-faith effort toward resolution.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.2 No Waiver of Rights
If 8qqgg does not exercise any of its rights in a particular instance, this will not be considered a waiver of that right.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the member and 8qqgg. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.
12.4 Language
These terms and conditions have been drawn up in the Bengali language. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
